SESSIONS

Portrait Sessions

Family:

Your family portrait will become an heirloom passed on through generations, but why do the same thing every year?  You’ve done the “sit together and smile” portrait one too many times, don’t you think?  Sure, we’ll do the traditional family portrait, if you insist.  But what we’d really like to do, is capture your family being real by using a series of candid and fun images that all work together to create a complete “portrait” of your family.  We suggest choosing a wall collage or a Coffee Table Album for your family portrait collection because the array of great images grouped together will tell a fantastic story about your family.

Children:

Why should your children’s portrait experiences be stressful and bounded with them trying to meet your “perfect smile” expectations?  A child’s portrait should celebrate the precious and carefree years of your child’s life that all too quickly slip away.

Our children sessions are designed to capture real personality.  We believe it’s the little things that children do and the little details of their lives that make them who they are.  We promote honest grins, funny faces, giggles and even pouting.  It’s all part of being a kid!  When your children become adults, they will have photographs that will remind them of how they really were as kids, and they’ll be treasured forever.

Babycakes:

A simple and cute concept:

Set the diapered baby in front of a big, beautiful cake, and let him go at it!

The result:

Gorgeous frosting covered grins and bellies.

Plus for an added touch of personality—we bake the fabulous funny-looking cake ourselves!

Parents love to display this series of images on our large  "9  Ways to Say It" Collage Prints.

Maternity:

Celebrate this amazing time in your life with fresh, sexy, modern, and beautiful photographs.  We can stay indoors for a more intimate setting or go out on location for some untamed fun.

Moms-to-be can display a large beautiful wall print in Baby’s room or put a whole collection of images in a durable
Flushmount Album that little ones will love to flip through to see how they looked in Mommy’s belly.

Couples:

Have some fun running around and just being in love and get some great pictures at the same time!  Plus the closeness and simple joy of just spending time together tends to rekindle affection and loving thoughts in our couples.

Couple sessions can be used to commemorate anniversaries or celebrate new (and old) love.

Teens:

Our teen sessions are fresh, fun and modern with a little high-fashion flair.  We realize that your individuality is important.  Do you really want another photo of you leaning against a tree, or a fake roman pedestal, or better yet, smiling next to your class year in big white numbers?  Let’s experiment and create amazing images your peers will envy.

The best parts:

-                      We can take your pictures anywhere—in front of your school, on the railroad tracks, on the beach—the possibilities are endless!

-
You can have as many outfit changes as you want, as long as they fit within the session’s time frame.

-
You can bring your best friends along and take some fun group pictures.

Clients have used our teen sessions for Sweet 16, senior portraits, and model portfolios.

Product recommendations: Seniors will love passing out their own personalized K.I.T Cards to friends and pass around their Senior Signature Album where all their friends can sign and check out their amazing photos.

Fabulous Wedding Photography Sessions

Engagement:

An Engagement Session is highly recommended because, not only do you document this first step to the rest of your life, but you also:

1.                  Get to know your photographer in a more relaxed   environment which will hopefully achieve a more comfortable and friendly relationship.

2.                  It’s a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera before the Big Day.  Once you review your engagement photos, you’ll know what your best smile looked like, what poses accentuated certain parts of your body, etc.

3.                  The directions given by the photographer will include looking into each other’s eye, holding hands, etc.  This closeness and intimacy experienced during the session is a couple hours of well-spent quality time with your fiancé.  Don’t be surprised if he wants to take you to dinner afterward.   In fact, we’ll pay for it!

Pre-Bridal:

What if your hairstyle just isn’t right?  What if the makeup is a bit much? For these reasons, allow yourself a dress rehearsal complete with hair and makeup.  We recommend a Pre-Bridal session a least one week before the wedding to allow for any last minute changes.  Reassure yourself that you will look absolutely fabulous on your wedding day.  Plus, it’s a great way to get stress-free photos of you in your wedding dress!

Day-After:

The DAS is recommended for brides who want more of an array of couple photos while dressed in their gown and tux.  This session was designed to accommodate those that did not allow enough time during their wedding day to achieve a full and satisfying couple session.  With the nervousness of the wedding behind you, this session becomes more relaxed and natural which in turn yields beautiful photographs.  Others have used the DAS in lieu of an Engagement Session, as it is another opportunity to document this turning point in their lives.

Trash the Dress:

The TTD Session is a trendy new fashion-inspired photo shoot.  After your wedding day, you put on your wedding dress and go outdoors for a little fun (bring him along too!).

“Go ahead, you know you want to. Trash it. Get it dirty. Get it wet. Roll around in the mud. Drench it in the ocean. Totally trash it.

Why? … Why not? You’ve made a commitment to your husband. He’s your one and only true love, right? Then you’ll never need the dress again. And no, your daughter won’t wear it in 20-30 years. So you have two choices:

1) Suffocate it in plastic and throw it in a closet

2) Show your husband how committed you are by trashing the dress, and get some great, fun pictures while you do it!”
